Sliding Sleeve, WP 5000-10000psi, Profile Type F

The SLS series sliding sleeves are used in the separate zone production to switch the tubing and casing annulus. This product can be shifted open or closed by the wireline tool string installed with the shifting tool.

Features

• Large drift diameter provides sufficient fluid area.
• The sliding mandril is designed with the flow limiting slot to prevent the seals from being damaged.
• The sliding mandril is designed with three limiting flutings for the opening, the balancing and the closing of lock, respectively.
• Material selection for the body: AISI4140,9Cr1Mo,13Cr,S13Cr and Inconel.
• The upper joint is designed with F type profile.
• D type opens in the downward direction, while U type opens in the upward direction.
• Material selection for seal units: Teflon, Aflas, Viton, Nitrile and PTFE
• All types of threads are available.
